Specializing in custom awards, trophies, plaques, promotional products, and commercial printing, their team creates these products using cutting-edge technology while offering reliable customer service. Awardmaster has built lasting relationships locally throughout Acadiana, understanding that every recognition moment matters, whether it's a professional achievement or a personal celebration. Adam Lopez

Co-Owner | Creative Visionary | Chief Problem-Solver

Meet Adam — Awardmaster’s fearless leader, creative mastermind, and in-house graphic artist with over 30 years of hands-on experience in design and graphics. Born and raised in Lafayette, Adam has ink in his veins (and probably a little adhesive too). His deep knowledge of surfaces, materials, and printing processes makes him the go-to guy for turning big ideas into stunning reality. When he’s not bringing the latest tech and innovation into the shop, you can find him cheering on the Ragin’ Cajuns or the Saints, spending time with family and friends, or dreaming up new ways to make recognition more creative and meaningful for the Acadiana community. With a background in graphic design, aviation graphics, and digital printing, Adam brings a unique edge and artistic flair to everything Awardmaster creates. As a proud member of Leadership Lafayette Class 37, he’s passionate about giving back and helping local businesses and organizations shine just as bright as the awards they earn.

Sarah Lopez

Co-Owner | Business Dynamo | Spreadsheet Enthusiast

Sarah is the driving force behind the business side of Awardmaster — and the keeper of all things organized, optimized, and overflowing with ideas. As co-owner alongside Adam, she handles customer service, marketing, sales, accounting, and team development with her signature mix of creativity and precision (and yes, she really does love a good spreadsheet — her version of stress relief!). With over 20 years of experience in managing people and businesses, Sarah thrives on finding smarter ways to bring Awardmaster’s products to customers while keeping things efficient and affordable. She’s passionate about investing in her team and her community — because for her, that’s the best part of owning a small business. A proud graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class 35 (the best class ever — perks of writing your own bio 😉) and alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, where she serves as Class Ambassador for Cohort 34, Sarah loves connecting with fellow entrepreneurs and helping others grow. A two-time UL Lafayette alum and lifelong Ragin’ Cajuns fan, Sarah brings her energy, heart, and hometown pride into everything she does — both at Awardmaster and beyond!
