Hi there. We are sorry you feel our customer service was not up to Par. We always strive to meet our customers expectations. As a small business, we could not offer to ship the product to you at no charge especially since the item you purchased was already discounted. As soon as we figured out that you mistakenly selected local pickup as your delivery method instead of shipping, we offered to ship the product to you at the same rate you would have been charged had you selected the correct delivery method at checkout. Unfortunately, we could not offer a refund of your item as you had your cup personalized with a name and therefore we cannot put it back on the shelf to resell. We made you cup specifically for you and had it done within our normal turnaround time and you were notified on November 27th at 3:14pm that your order was compete. Again, I am sorry this didn't meet your expectations. We would still love to ship your cup as it is a great cup to you so please contact us if you would like to proceed with that option.
